John - The CaribouLite is indeed an impressive unit. I mentioned it in mid-January in Zero Retries 0028 and I look forward to receiving my two units in May. While it will be great for experimenting, its picopower transmit power will limit it to across-the-shop experimentation until we get usable, reliable, driver amplifiers specifically for Amateur Radio.
