I think the ZR book sounds like a great idea! I'm not familiar with Seth Godin, but I came to a similar conclusion independently regarding Project Yamhill. Also, I wasn't aware of Leanpub, so thanks for the link to that.
Jason - Thanks for your feedback on my planned book (yours was the only feedback on that subject). Godin is an inspirational author and several of his books helped me clear things up in my mind about what I "should" be doing, and more importantly what I shouldn't be doing. Basically, focus on the things that only you, uniquely, can bring into the world.
