We've recently made web based decoders for horus (4fsk 100 baud) and wenet (2fsk 115117 baud) over a horus.sondehub.org. This might be related to your interests as it shows that you can lower the entry requirements to playing with digital data on amateur radio. Even works on mobile phones.
