The internet is more than just the web. There are APIs and other services… like email.

The point is you can do that even over low bandwidth circuits, like a HF. (It wasn’t meant to be a measuring contest as to who’s older, lol)

I've hear that HFTers are already using HF because microwave and fiber are too slow.

I always think of RTT as speed. Bandwidth is capacity. This often confuses people. -Joe
